Production time is usually 4-6 weeks after design approval and payment confirmation ( for the initial order, and 5-7 days for next orders) . Shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Sure thing! All products will be manufactured in our Korean factory, and you'll offer the same quality to your clients.
Yes! Our in-house design team will support you with label and packaging design to create a product that perfectly matches your brand. A one-time OEM design fee is applied.
MOQ number is calculated to be economically beneficial where product and customization costs are justified. In turn, you get access to fast fulfilment at a low cost. If the MOQ is less, then the customs fee and stickers printing will come costly, and it won't turn out as a valid offer. We are always open to negotiations; however, we ask you to take those conditions into account.
It will be sticker printing (min. 1000 units), a one-time setup fee, and product packaging.
As for the glues, they're shipped by air and headed to the DHL facility very fast. As for lash shampoo, the products are shipped overseas, which takes a bit longer.
