Return & Refund Policy

At Stacy Lash, we are committed to providing high-quality products and outstanding customer support. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and simple return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

●    Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
●    Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
●    Only items purchased directly from the Stacy Lash website are eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@stacylash.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Instructions:

1. Our team will send you a return label.
2. Pack the items securely and affix the return label to the package.
3. Clearly mark the return authorization on the outside of the package and ship it to the provided return address.

Refund Process:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Shipping Costs:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees ($8.59) unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

Refunds

- For defective or damaged products, no return is required. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement.
